摘 要:利用X射线衍射(XRD)技术分析了天然焦和烟煤的微观结构特性,在TGA92型热重分析仪上采用非等温热重法进行了天然焦试样的气化反应特性试验,研究了不同添加量的钾、钙基催化剂对气化反应过程的影响,采用Freeman-Carroll方法计算了天然焦的气化动力学参数。结果表明,天然焦的有序化程度要高于烟煤,化学活性较低,但两者物理性质相似;钾基催化剂对天然焦样品的气化反应有明显的催化作用,随着钾含量的进一步增加,碳转化速率的增长速率逐渐减缓;钙基催化剂亦能有效地促进天然焦的气化,随着钙含量的增大,碳转化率先增后降,存在一最佳Ca含量。By utilizing XRD (X-ray diffraction) technology,analyzed were the microstructure characteristics of natural coke and bituminous coal.Based on the non-isothermal thermogravimetry performed by using TGA 92 type thermogravimetric analyzer,an experiment has been conducted of the gasification reaction characteristics of natural coke samples.The influence of potassium-and-sodium-based catalyst added in different amounts on the gasification reaction process has also been studied.The gasification dynamic parameters of the natural coke were calculated by employing Freeman-Carroll method.The results of the calculation show that the orderliness degree of the natural coke is higher than that of bituminous coal and its chemical activity is relatively low.The physical properties of the two are similar.Potassium-based catalysts play a conspicuous catalytic role in the gasification reaction of the natural coke samples.With an increase of the potassium content,the carbon transformation rate will tend to assume a relatively small value.The calcium-based catalysts can also effectively promote the gasification of the natural coke.With an increase of the calcium concentration,the gasification rate will first increase and then decrease.
