摘  要:苏芸金杆菌2亚种β-外毒素对青霉、毛霉、链隔孢和木霉属5种真菌的抑制能力不同。库斯塔克亚种β-外毒素原液、100倍液对5种真菌的抑菌率分别为42.39%~69.86%和21.81%~36.81%;苏芸金亚种β-外毒素原液、100倍液对5种真菌的抑菌率分别为38.27%~61.54%和14.69%~35.90%。2个亚种的β-外毒素的3个处理浓度对前4种菌具有明显的抑制作用。2亚种β-外毒素间抑菌率无显著差异,浓度间抑菌率存在极显著差异。The restrictive ability of both toxins extrated from Bacillus thuringieusis is different to all the five fungis. The inhibition ratio of β extra-toxins extracted from B. thuringieusis sub sp. kurstaki, original solution is 42. 39% -69.89% and 100 times solution is 21.81% -36. 81%. While extracted from B. thuringeusis sub sp. , original solution is 38.27% - 61.54% and 100 times solution is 14. 69% -35.9. %. The inhibition ratio between the 2 sub species of B. thuringieusis with 3 disposals is obvious to all the fungis except Alternaria sp. And the inhibition ratio between the 2 sub species of B. thuringiensis is insignificant, while the inhibition ratio between concentration of β extra-toxins is significant.
