浅谈棉铃虫对转Bt基因抗虫棉的抗性及其对策

摘　　要：简述了转Bt基因抗虫棉的种植情况及存在问题。并就转Bt基因抗虫棉杀虫机理和棉铃虫对转Bt基因抗虫棉的抗性机制及其监测进行了阐述。针对出现的问题提出了相应的对策,包括进一步开发和研究新的转基因抗虫棉、建立庇护所和诱捕成虫等。A review on development of cultivation of transgenic Bt cotton was presented. Analysis and evaluations of transgenic Bt cotton and monitoring of resistance were given. The authors proposed the strategies to control resistance and new measures supplement.
