摘　　要：随着全球气候变暖,水资源短缺已成为热点问题,科学地开发利用空中水资源将是新世纪解决水源短缺的一项重要措施。回顾了人工增雨的发展历程及现状,概述了人工增雨中存在的理论研究不足、反效果、污染及技术缺陷等问题,总结了中国近年来在人工增雨方面取得的进展。Under the background of the global wanning, the water resources shortage has become a hot topic and imploding and utilizing airborne water resources scientifically will be an important solution in solving the problem in new century. This article reviewed the history and the present situation of artificial precipitation, outlined the deficiency of fundamental research, counter - effect, pollution and technical defect which existed in artificial precipitation, finally summarized the progress of artificial precipitation in China.
