摘　　要：PEG渗调处理作为促进种子萌发的一种有效技术,已用于许多植物种子的研究。介绍了PEG渗调处理对植物种子的影响,并讨论了PEG渗调处理植物种子的应用前景与局限性。PEG osmotic conditioning treatment,the effective technology simulating plant seed germination,is used in the study on many kinds of plant seeds.Effect of PEG osmotic conditioning treatment on plant seed was mainly generallized.In addtion,the practical prospect and limitation of PEG osmotic conditioning treatment were discussed.
