Effects of the Compatible Formula Feed of Silybum marianum and Fructo-oligosaccharide on the Conventional Blood Indexes of Fattening Pigs

摘  要:[目的]为中草药残渣和果寡糖在育肥猪生产中的应用提供依据。[方法]利用水飞蓟药物残渣与果寡糖配伍制成猪全价饲料,进行非配对完全随机区组的育肥试验,研究水飞蓟残渣与果寡糖配伍饲料对育肥猪血液红细胞、白细胞和血红蛋白含量以及血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量的影响。[结果]饲喂水飞蓟、果寡糖配伍饲料的育肥猪血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量分别比对照组提高12.5%、13.3%和11.5%,差异显著。试验组中育肥猪血液红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞和血红蛋白含量分别比对照组提高3.3%、5.0%、5.9%和3.0%,差异均不显著。[结论]水飞蓟和果寡糖的配伍饲料可提高育肥猪的营养代谢水平和免疫力。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for applying the residues of Chinese herbal medicine and fructo-oligosaccharide in the production of fattening pigs.[Method]The drug residues of Silybum marianum and fructo-oligosaccharide were prepared into swine complete formula feed to make the fattening test with non-paired complete randomized block design.And the effects of the formula feed of residues of S.marianum and fructo-oligosaccharide on the contents of blood erythrocyte,leucocyte and haemoglobin,and the contents of serum total protein,albumin and globulin in the fattening pigs were studied.[Result] The contents of serum total protein,albumin and globulin in the fattening pigs that were fed with the formula feed of residues of S.marianum and fructo-oligosaccharide were increased by 12.5%,13.3% and 11.5% than that in control group respectively,with significant differences.The contents of blood erythrocyte,leucocyte,lymphocyte and haemoglobin in the fattening pigs in test group were increased by 3.3%,5.0%,5.9% and 3.0% than that in control group respectively,without significant differences.[Conclusion] The compatible feed of S.marianum and fructo-oligosaccharide could improve the nutrition metabolism level and the immunity of the fatening pigs.
