非均衡发展理论在西部山区县域经济发展中的应用研究——以宜宾市高县为例

摘　　要：在西部大开发的历史机遇面前,非均衡理论在西部经济发展和布局中仍将发挥重要的指导作用。总结回顾了该理论的发展,分析了其优势,并以此为指导,在宜宾市高县"十一五"国民经济规划中对其经济发展空间布局进行了分析和规划,提出了高县"丁字形"的发展轴线战略,对西部山区县的经济发展具有现实指导和借鉴意义。In this paper the development of the non-equilibrum theory was reviewed and its advantages were analyzed.The development position and plan in Gaoxian county in next five years were analyzed and worked out respectively based on this theory,which was the concretical practice and application.How to come true the economic development of Gaoxian county swiftly was a big challenge.It was impossibility to act it by routine road.We regarded that the basement of Gaoxian county was farming industry and its key was industry and consummate was establishment.So,we brought forward that the development stratagy thought was that stabilization of farming,breaching industry,steadily development of third industry;catching chance for going over-routine jump way.The research indicated that the time in GDP 4 000,8 000 and 12 000 was the key phases in the industrialization.If we can catch this chance and make accurate development consideration and in some date its realization was completeness possible.
