摘  要:目的探讨维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)基因遗传多态性及环境因素与青少年身高发育状况的关系,为了解遗传和环境因素对青春期学生身高的影响提供依据。方法分层随机抽取绍兴市212名青少年进行体格检查及问卷调查,对VDR基因进行PCR扩增,采用基因测序技术检测基因多态性,以多元回归分析法探讨维生素D受体基因遗传多态性及环境因素对青春期身高发育的影响。结果多因素分析结果显示,BsmI,Tru9I,ApaI位点基因多态性及性别、父母身高、身体状况、体育锻炼情况、睡眠状况、喜欢肉类食品、非独生子女、母亲职业等与身高发育密切相关(P值均<0.05),其中性别和父母身高可解释青少年身高总变异的71.9%,而BsmI,Tru9I,ApaI位点等位基因多态性引起的变异只占身高总变异的2.8%。结论维生素D受体基因遗传多态性及环境因素的改变均会影响青少年身高发育,但单个基因位点的多态性对身高的影响是微小的。Objective To explore the association of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism amt environment factors with adolescent height. Methods 212 adolescents were randomly selected in Shaoxing for physical examination and questionnaire survey. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing technology were performed to analyze the VDR genotype. The relationship among VDR gene polymorphism and environ. mental factors on height were analyzed by muhiple linear regression analysis. Results BsmⅠ, Tru-9Ⅰ, ApaⅠ site gene polymorphism, sex, parental height, health status, physical exercise, sleeping, dietary, habit, non-only children and mother's occupation were related to teenager's height ( P 〈0.05 ). Sex and parental height could explain 71.9% of total variance, while BsmⅠ, Tru9Ⅰ, ApaⅠ site gene polymorphism only explained 2.8% of total variance in height. Conclusion VDR gene polymorphism and the difference of environmental factors have effects on adolescent height. However, the effect of single site gene polymorphism might he slight.
