摘　　要：目的观察单边动力加压式外固定器在治疗小腿严重开放性骨折并软组织挤压伤中的疗效。方法采用单边动力加压式外固定器治疗小腿严重开放性粉碎骨折88例。结果随访2～12个月,下肢功能恢复佳,仅2例延迟愈合,1例骨不愈合。结论该手术操作简单,固定可靠,无畸形愈合,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of monolateral dynamic compression fixator in treating severe open fractures with soft tissue crush injuries of the lower leg. Methods 88 patients suffered severe open fractures associated with soft tissue crush injuries of the lower leg were treated with monolateral dynamic compression fixator. Results After 2-12 months of follow-up,good functional recovery was found in all patients. Only 2 delay union and 1 nonunion occurred. Conclusion Monolateral dynamic compression fixator,with the advantage of easy access to manipulation and reliable fixation ,can provide satisfactory solution to this kind of injuries.
