摘 要:目的建立空心莲子草药材的指纹图谱分析方法,探讨不同国家和地区空心莲子草药材的品质差异。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Alltima C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.12%磷酸水溶液系统,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长345 nm,进样量为10μl。结果建立了空心莲子草药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确立了空心莲子草药材指纹图谱中的17个共有峰,计算了12批空心莲子草药材指纹图谱与对照图谱的相似度。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱有很好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,能够用于空心莲子草药材的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Alternanthera philoxeroides, Methods Chromatographic fingerprint of Alternanthera philoxeroides was investigated by RP - HPLC and the gradient elution mode was applied to chromatographic separation. Data were analyzed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of the samples. Resuits The HPLC fingerprint of Alternanthera philoxeroides was established preliminarily. 17 characteristic peaks were selected and the similarity among 12 batches of Alternanthera philoxeroides from different aera have been determined. Conclusion HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Alternanthera philoxeroides.
