高效液相色谱法测定麻杏石甘汤传统汤剂及颗粒汤剂中甘草酸的含量

摘　　要：目的测定麻杏石甘汤传统汤剂及颗粒汤剂中甘草酸含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定麻杏石甘汤传统汤剂与颗粒汤剂液中甘草酸含量,选Diamonisl C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸胺溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长为250 nm。结果麻杏石甘汤传统汤剂中甘草酸含量为0.9560%,颗粒汤剂中甘草酸含量为0.7291%。结论传统汤剂的甘草酸含量显著地高于颗粒汤剂中甘草酸的含量。Objective To determine the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in traditional and granular decoctions of Maxingshigan Decoction. Methods The determination was carried out by HPLC with an ODS column and a mobile phase of methanol - ammonium acetate - glacial acetic acid（67： 33：1 ） at 250nm. Results The content of glycyrrhizie acid in traditional decoction of Maxingshigan Decoction was 0.9560 mg· g^-1 and 0.7291 mg · g^-1 in granular one. Conclusion The content of glycyrrhizic acid in traditional decoction of Maxingshigan Decoction is obviously higher than that in granular one.
