摘 要:目的探讨田基黄对急性肝损伤防治作用的药理机制。方法以四氯化碳(CCl4)制备小鼠急性肝损伤的模型,田基黄水煎剂灌胃,检测小鼠血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6的含量,观察肝组织的病理损伤程度。结果不同浓度的田基黄能不同程度地降低CCl4所致异常升高的小鼠血清中的ALT,AST,NO,TNF-α,IL-6含量,升高SOD活性,并且改善肝脏组织的病理损伤。结论田基黄对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤具有防治作用,其作用机制可能与降转氨酶、提高抗氧化能力和抑制NO,TNF-α,IL-6过量生成等有关。Objective To study the protective effect of Hypericum japonicum against acute liver injury in mice and its mechanism. Methods After acate liver injury, model was induced by carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4 ) , mice were administrated intragastrically with Hypericum japonicum. The serum ALT, AST, SOD, NO, TNF -α, IL - 6 were determined and pathological change of liver was observed. Results Hypericumjaponicum could significantly decrease "the elevation of serum ALT, AST, NO, TNF -α, IL -6 induced by CCl4, and increase SOD activity, ameliorate the pathological injury" of liver. Conclusion Hypericum japonicum shows protective effeet against experimental liver injury in mice. Decrease the serum ALT and AST, increaseing anti -peroxide, restraining produce of the serum NO, TNF - α and IL - 6, may be one of its mechanisms.
