高效液相色谱法测定龙血竭丸中龙血素B的含量

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定龙血竭丸中龙血素B的含量，建立含量测定方法。方法冰醋酸溶液（1→90）-乙腈（61：39）为流动相，流速为1ml／min，柱温为室温，检测波长260nm。结果龙血素B浓度在14～84μg／ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，n=6，龙血素B的加样回收率99．88％，RSD=0．314％。结论该方法简便，准确，可靠，便于生产时制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Loureirin B in Dragon blood pills. Methods The mobile phase was composed of glacial acetic acid solution（1→90） - acetonitrile（61： 39） and the flow rate waslml/min. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results The standard curve of Loureirin B was linear in the concentration range of 14 - 84μg/m1, r = 0, 9999, The average recovery was 99.88% ,RSD was 0. 314%. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable for determination of Loureirin B. The content of Loureirin B in dragon blood pills of different brands all matches the national standard.
