摘  要:目的研究水母毒素的提取及其溶血活性的影响因素。方法通过缓冲溶液浸取、超声波细胞破碎等操作从水母触手的刺丝囊中提取毒素,采用分光光度法对水母毒素的溶血活性进行测定,并研究了温度、浓度和二价金属离子等因素对毒素溶血活性的影响。结果水母毒素的溶血活性对温度敏感,随着浓度的提高而增大,并且依赖于Ca2+,Mg2+等二价金属离子的存在。结论水母毒素具有较强的溶血活性,但不稳定。Objective To study the extraction and the affecting factors to haemolytic activity of jellyfish venom, Methods Jellyfish venom was extracted from the oral arms with tentacles through such operations as soaking in buffer solution and disrupting cell in supersonic wave, Activity of the venom to chicken red blood cells was detected by speetrophotometrie method. The effects of factors such as temperature, concentration, divalent metal cations on the haemolytie activity were studied. Results The haemolytie activity was temperature - sensitive, and improved with the concentration increase. The presence of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ wass necessary for haemolytie activity, Conclusion The haemolytie activity of jellyfish venom is relatively strong, but it is unstable.
