摘 要:目的研究余甘子叶提取物在体外是否具有抗肿瘤作用,并确定其抗肿瘤有效部位。方法采用渗漉法及加热回流法提取分离余甘子叶不同成分;采用MTT法、集落形成法观察余甘子叶各种提取物对白血病细胞株L1210和P388D1,宫颈癌细胞株Hela、胃癌细胞株SGC7901、黑色素瘤细胞株B16、神经性肿瘤细胞株NG108-15、肝癌细胞株Bele7404的生长抑制影响,并确定其抗肿瘤活性部位。结果从余甘子叶中提取到具有较广泛药理作用的G1,G2,A,B,C,D,E,bb,cc,dd,ee等11个部位。各部位提取物对白血病细胞株L1210和P388D1,宫颈癌细胞株Hela,胃癌细胞株SGC7901,黑色素瘤细胞株B16,神经性肿瘤细胞株NG108-15,肝癌细胞株Bele7404等7种肿瘤细胞株的增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中cc部位的作用最强。结论余甘子叶提取物具有体外抗肿瘤活性,有效成分主要集中在cc部位。Objective To study the anti - tumor effect of extracts from leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. in vitro, and provide experimental reliance for the exploitation of the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. Methods ①Seeping method and heat - back flow was used to extract 11 parts from leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L.② To sieve the anti - tumor activity of the active parts extracted from leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L by MTT and clone cells assay. Results Eleven pats had been extracted from the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. , such as G1, G2, A, B, C, D, E, bb, cc, dd and ee. The different parts could restrain the cell proliferation with different degrees in the lymphocytic leukemia L1210, lymphoid neoplasm P388 D1, tumor of cervix uteri Hela, the stomach carcinoma SGC7901 ,melanoma B16, mouse neuroblastomax rat gliom hybrid NG108 -15, and a human hepatocellular carcinoma Bele7404 cell strains. Among all the parts,the cc part was the strongest. Conclusion The extracts of the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. have the anti - tumor activity, concentrating at the cc part.
