肤敏膏促进皮肤创面愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方肤敏膏促进皮肤创面愈合的作用及机制。方法以兔背部皮肤全层切除伤为模型,于术后切取创面皮肤及组织制成切片,计数巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞;测定肉芽组织厚度;测定皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量;记录创面愈合率、创面愈合时间。结果肤敏膏可以促进创面巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞的增殖(P<0.01);增加创面羟脯氨酸含量(P<0.01);促进肉芽组织生长(P<0.05);提高创面愈合率(P<0.05),缩短愈合时间(P<0.05)。结论肤敏膏具有促进皮肤创面愈合的作用,其机制可能包括促进组织修复细胞和炎性细胞的增殖,促进肉芽组织生长。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of compound Preparation of TCM Fumin Gream on skin wound. Methods The back of rabbits was made sterilized wound compared with taking knife wound as model. Make the skin and tissue of wound into sections, then count the number of prosthetic and inflammatory cells and calculate the thickness of granulation tissue. Measure the amount of hydroxyproline. Take down the healing time and the healing ratio of wound. Results Fumin cream could promote the proliferation of macrophage and fibroblastic cells, elevate healing ratio and decurtate the healing time. Conclusion - Fumin cream can promote skin wound healing obviously. The mechanisms maybe related to preserving the activity of Prosthetic cells and inflammatory cells, facilitating the growth of granulation tissue.
