摘  要:目的探讨鳖甲复方中药针剂对Con A(concanavalin A)在Balb/c雄性小鼠中诱导肝纤维化的预防和治疗作用。方法采用Con A诱导肝纤维化,造模期间及造模成功后均用复方中药针剂干预药剂组,比较组间各项血液生化指标和肝脏组织学方面的差异,以探讨针剂对肝纤维化的预防和治疗作用。结果复方针剂以3.3 ml/kg和6.6 ml/kg的剂量皮下注射均能显著降低血清中丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)(P<0.05)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)(P<0.05)、球蛋白(G)(P<0.01),升高A/G(P<0.01),透明质酸(HA)则在治疗过程中呈下降趋势。肝组织病理观察结果显示复方针剂能缓解肝纤维化的发生和发展,并可加快降解增生的纤维组织。结论鳖甲复方针剂对Con A在Balb/c雄性小鼠中诱导肝纤维化有一定预防和治疗作用。Objective To study the protective and therapeutic effects of the extract of Retinervus luffae fructus and Carapax trionyei on Con A - induced hepatic fibrosis in Balb/c rats. Methods The hepatic fibrosis in rats was first induced by intravenous injection of concanavalin A (Con A), the treatment in both protective and therapeutic stage was performed by subcutaneous injection of the extract. Albumin (A) , globin (G) , the ratio of albumin to globin (A/G) , alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartare aminotransferase (AST) , and hyaluronidase (HA) , as well as the pathological change of liver were measured in each group. Results It was shown that the treatment at both low dosage of 3.3 mL/kg and high dosage of 6.6 mL/kg could significantly decreased ALT (P〈 0.05) , AST (P〈 0.05) , and G (P〈 0.01) , but increased A/G (P〈 0.01) , also HA showed the trend of decrease during the therapeutic period. The pathological changes of liver were also improved in the treatment group. Conclusion It implies that the extract of Retinervus luffae fructus and Carapax trionyei is beneficial for the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis in Balb/c rats.
