复方黄连降糖片对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖影响的量-效及时-效关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄连降糖片对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖影响的量-效及时-效关系。方法对小剂量链脲佐菌素注射加高脂饮食诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠,给予复方黄连降糖片小、中、大3个剂量治疗,治疗2,4周和8周时,测定空腹血糖和糖负荷2 h血糖。8周处死时取血清测定血脂四项。结果①治疗2周时,3个剂量组的药物对空腹血糖和2 h血糖均未见明显影响,治疗4周时只有中剂量组两者都有明显降低(均为P<0.05)。到治疗8周时,3个剂量组的空腹血糖均显著降低(均为P<0.001),但2 h血糖只有中剂量组的明显降低(P<0.05)。②8周时,中剂量组对胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和甘油三酯(TG)都有明显的降低作用(分别为P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01),小剂量组只对TG有明显下降作用(P<0.05),大剂量组只对LDL和TG有显著下降作用(均为P<0.01)。结论中剂量治疗8周较其他给药方法作用强。Objective To research the dose- effect and time -effect relationship of Fufang Huanglian Jiangtangpian（FFHLJTP） on blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Three doses of FFHLJTP （ little - dose,mid - dose and big - dose） groups were given to type 2 diabetic rats, The fasting blood glucose（FBG） and two hour＇s glucose were measured three times at the second, fourth and the eighth week after therapy. The blood - fat was tested in the eighth week. Results ①The FBG and two hours glucose were not significantly decreased in the three groups with FFHLJTP treatment for two weeks. Both FBG and two hours glucose were obviously decreased in mid -dose group for four weeks （P 〈 0.05 ）. For eight weeks, the FBG was significantly decreased in three groups （ all P 〈 0.001 ）, but only two hours glucose decreased in mid - dose group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②For eight weeks, total cholesterol（ TC ）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL ）, triglyeride （TG） were all decreased after treatment with mid -dose（ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0. 001,P 〈 0.01 ）. TG was decreased only in little - dose （ p 〈 0.05 ）. LDL and TG were decreased in big - dose （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The method of therapy for eight weeks with mid - dose is better than the others.
