摘  要:目的研究并建立清脂颗粒剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对清脂颗粒剂中的白芍与赤芍进行定性鉴别,利用高效液相色谱法测定总芍药苷含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷含量在3,6~18μg范围内具有良好线性关系,测得清脂颗粒剂含有芍药苷57.5626mg/g。结论该实验所建立清脂颗粒质量标准合理可行,定量定性方法专属性强,重复性好。Objective To establish a standard for the quality control Qingzhi Granules. Methods White peony root and red peony root were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in this granules was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC sports developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference. The calibration curve was linear at the range of 3.6 - 18 mg for paeoniflorin. The WY granules contain 57. 5626mg/g of paeoniflorin. Conclusion These methods are exclusive and repeatable, which can be used as the quality control of Qingzhi Granule.
