摘　　要：目前中药多糖药理作用研究比较活跃,而其分子量和分子量分布及化学结构确定成为进一步深入研究多糖特异性和构效关系以及药效机理的基础。该文归纳总结了多糖分子量和分子量分布及化学结构研究的方法。The study on pharmacological action of polysaccharide of traditional Chinese drug is more active at present, but the definition of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution and chemical constitution has become the foundation of better stud- y on specificity and structure - function relationship and drug action mechanism of polysaccharide. The methods of study on mo- lecular weight and molecular weight distribution and chemical constitutuion of polysaccharide were reviewed in this paper.
