摘  要:目的以不施氮肥为对照,不同施氮量和不同施氮配比组合对川泽泻干物质积累与分配规律影响的研究。方法取样测定的方法。结果泽泻各器官干物质积累量均随施氮量增加而明显上升,但其块茎的积累量与施氮量>150(kg/hm2)时,增长幅度不大;泽泻各器官干物质分配率在不同施氮量下也有差异,其块茎干物质最大分配率的施氮量为150(kg/hm2),同时块茎膨大期追施氮肥(75 kg/hm2)最利于块茎的生长。结论施氮量为150(kg/hm2)和施氮配比为1∶1的组合对川泽泻干物质积累和分配最佳。Objective To study the effects of the amount of nitrogen and its assigned proportion on the dry matter accumulation and distribution of Alisma orientale( Sam. ) Juzep in different growing stages. Methods Determination of the selected samples, Resuits The results showed that the amount of nitrogen level was positive relatively with the dry matter accumulation and distribution of different organs of Alisma orientale ( Sam. )Juzep, but when exceed 150 ( kg/hm^2 ) , the tuber was opposite. The matter distributing ratio of organs was different matching the different fertilizer - N levels ; the highest matter distributing ratio of tuber appeared when the fertilizer - N level was 150( kg/hm^2 ). N fertilizer (75 kg/hm^2 ) was applied in the enlarging stage of tuber was beneficial for the development of the tuber. Conclusion The best proportion of fertilizer - N level and the nitrogen allocation was re- spectively 150kg/hm^2 and 1: 1,
