地榆水提液对四种癌细胞生长抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究地榆水提液对癌细胞生长的抑制作用。方法细胞形态观察和活细胞计数法研究地榆水提液对人白血病细胞K562,肝癌细胞HepG2,胃癌细胞BGC823,宫颈癌细胞Hela生长的抑制作用。结果地榆水提液可使4种癌细胞形态上发生皱缩、变圆、脱壁、碎裂等变化,生长受到明显抑制,抑制率最高可达85.20%。结论地榆有确切的抑癌作用,并与中医的气血理论和药物归经理论相一致,再次说明了中医基本理论的博大精深,即便在体外细胞水平上也有良好体现,对实验室手段研究中医药同样有着重要指导意义。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of the extract of Sanguisorba officinalis L, on human carcinoma cells, Methods Morphological change observation and live cell accounting were used to investigate the inhibitory effects of Sanguisorba officinalis L. on human chronic myloid leukemia K562 cell,hepatoma HepG2 cell, cervical carcinoma Hela cell and gastic carcinoma BGC823 cell. Results Growth of the four kinds of cells was significantly inhibited by the extract of sanguisorba officinalis L, , highest 85, 20% and cell morphological changes included shrinkage, roundness, floating and crumbling. Conclusion Sanguisorba officinalis L. has reliable carcinoma- inhibiting effects and the effects conform to the ＂qi＂ and blood theory and the Meridian - reaching theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
