摘  要:目的 采用双波长薄层扫描法测定冬凌草片中总黄酮的含量。方法 采用日本岛津CS-9301双波长飞点薄层扫描仪,硅胶GF254薄层板,展开剂:醋酸乙酯-甲酸-水(8:1:1),激发波长269nm。结果片剂中其它成分对测定无干扰。总黄酮的点样量(X)在1—6μg范围内与峰面积(γ)线性良好,Y=133.3X+80.416,r=0.9992,n=5,平均回收率是98.67%,RSD=1.50%,实验的精密度、稳定性、重现性都很好。结论该法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。Objective To determine the total flavonoid in Rabdosia rubescens Tablets by TLCS. Methods The shimadzu CS - 9301 TLC scanner was selected with silic -gelthin -layer. The developing solvent was ethyl acetate -formic acid-water( 8: 1: 1 ), and the excitation wavelength was 269 nm. Results The determination of the total flavonoid was not disturbed by other components in the Rabdosia rubescebs tablets. The calibration curves was linear in the range of 1 -6μg for total flavonoid( r = 0.999 25 ) and the average recovery was 98.67%. The precision, stability, and reproducibility of the experiment were very good. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
