摘  要:目的分析不同产地、不同叶型、不同采收部位五指毛桃的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Hy-persil C18(4.0 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长245 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65);流速1.0 ml/min。结果不同产地五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量差异较大;不同采收部位五指毛桃以根部的补骨脂素含量为最高,叶部次之,茎部几无。不同叶型五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量亦有差异。结论五指毛桃以根入药具有科学依据。Objective To analyze the quality of Radix Fici Hirtae from different places, with different leave types, from different parts of the plant. Methods HPLC was adopted with Agilent Hypersil C18 column(4. 0 mm× 250 mm,5μm) , the mobile phase was CH3 CN - H2O ( 35:65 ) as mobile phase, and the decection wavelength was 246 nm. Results ( 1 ) The quantity of psoralen in the Radix Fici Hirtae from different places varied a lot. (2) we found the highest concentration of psoralen in the root part, fe- wer in the leaves, and the fewest in the stem. ( 3 ) The amount of psoralen from different leave types of Radix Fici Hirtae also var- ied. Conclusion According to the experiment, the present use of Radix Fici Hirtae's roots is reasonable.
