摘  要:目的建立中草药微量元素的测定方法。方法采用微波消解处理半枝莲,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其6种微量元素的含量。结果半枝莲中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg的含量十分丰富。该方法加标回收率在93.0%~103.75%之间。结论微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于中草药微量元素的测定。Objective To study a determination method for microelements in the Chinese herbs. Methods After Herba Scutellariae Barbatae being treated by microwave - assisted sample digestion, six microelements in it were determined by flame atomic absorption" spectrometry. Results The contents of iron, copper, zinc, manganese, calcium, and magnesium in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae were abundant. The addition standard recoveries were in the range of 93.0% - 103.75%. Conclusion Microwave - assisted sample digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination is simple, high - speed, sensitive and accurate, which can be used to determine microelements in other Chinese herbs.
