摘  要:目的探讨竹节人参对小鼠缺氧耐受形成中脑组织兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)含量的影响。方法将小鼠用竹节人参处理后,建立小鼠急性重复缺氧耐受模型,观察竹节人参对缺氧耐受形成中脑组织中的谷氨酸(G lu)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、甘氨酸(G ly)的影响。结果竹节人参对正常脑组织EAA含量无影响,可使缺氧耐受形成中脑组织G lu,Asp含量降低,对GABA,G ly无明显影响。结论竹节人参能明显降低缺氧脑组织中EAA含量,从而发挥对脑损伤的保护作用。Objective To study the effect of Panax japonicus on the contents of the excitatory amino acid (EAA) in the brain tissue of mouse with the condition of enduration of oxygen deficiency. Methods After treated with Panax japonicus, the acute endurable model of oxygen deficiency was established in mice. The contents of glutamate( Glu), asparate( Asp), gama -aminobutyric acid(GABA) and glycine(Gly) in the brain tissue were assayed by Hple. Results Rich Panax japonicus had no apparent effect on EAA contents of normal brain tissue, but it could decrease the contents of Glu and ASP in mice with the condition of enduration of oxygen deficiency, it had no apparent effect on the contents of GAGB and Gly. Conclusion Rich Panax japonicus can decrease the EAA contents in the brain tissue and protect the injured brain.
