冬青属植物化学成分及药理活性的研究进展

摘　　要：冬青属植物含有三萜及其苷类、黄酮类、香豆素、木脂素等化学成分。具有治疗心血管疾病、抗炎抗菌、抗肿瘤、降脂消肥等多种药理活性。本属多数植物在我国作为民间药物防病治病。该文对近6年以来有关冬青属植物的化学成分和药理活性的研究进展进行综述,为从化学成分角度探明该属植物的亲缘关系以及药物资源的合理开发利用提供参考。There are many active constituents in Ilex L. , such as tiiterpenes and triterpenoid saponins, flavohoids, coumaiins, lignans, etc. They have the pharmacological activities of protecting cardiovascular system, antitumor, antiinflammation, antibacteria, reducing blood pressure and blood lipid. A number of species among them have been used as folk medicine. This article which reviewed the studies on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities in recent 6 years will be beneficial to reveal the relatives among these medicinal plants in the Ilex L. and be helpful to develop new drugs.
