摘 要:文中以NaHSO3作还原剂,重金属捕集沉淀剂DTCR做螯合剂,处理含有重金属离子的电镀废水。用正交实验确定了各因子的最佳控制条件,对处理前后废水中的Cr3+,Cu2+,Ni2+等金属离子浓度进行了检测,并将生成的螯合物进行了溶出实验。研究结果表明:该工艺可同时处理多种重金属离子,工艺简单,条件温和,螯合剂可直接投放入池,无需增加特殊设备,效果好,处理后的废水达国家排放标准,且沉淀溶出率低,化学性质稳定,不会造成二次污染。因此,这是一种有效的电镀废水处理新方法。The electroplate wastewater containing heavy metal ions was treated with NaHSO3 as reducible agent and heavy metal chelating agent DTCR as chelating agent.The optimal control conditions of each factor were obtained by orthogonal test as well.The Cr^3+,Cu^2+,Ni^2+ concentrations of wastewater before and after treatment were determined and the dissolution experiments of chelate complexes were performed.The results show that several heavy metal ions can be effectively treated with simple techniques and mild conditions.The chelating agent exhibits low dissolution rate,stable chemical properties and no secondary pollution,which can be put into practice without special equipment.Moreover,the treated wastewater can meet the national discharge standards.It is thus an effective novel method of treating electroplate wastewater.
