鼻嗅通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻嗅通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例,采用基础治疗+鼻嗅通治疗;对照组60例,仅采用基础治疗。2周为1疗程,连续1～2疗程,治疗结束后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈43例,显效12例,好转3例,无效2例;对照组痊愈29例,显效10例,好转6例,无效15例。2组临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组对鼻塞、流脓涕、头晕头痛、记忆力减退、鼻道脓涕、下鼻甲肿大、中鼻甲肿大的改善情况与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),但对鼻窦CT检查的改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:鼻嗅通可明显改善儿童慢性鼻窦炎的症状和体征,提高临床疗效,是治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的一种理想制剂。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bixiutong for children chronic sinusitis. Meth- ods:One hundred and twenty ehildren with chroic sinusitis patients were equally randomized into two groups:the treatment group received routine western treatment plus Bixiutong,and the control group re- ceived routine western treatment only.Two weeks constituted one treatment conrse,and the treatment lasted 1～2 courses, After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:In the treatment, 43 patients were cured,12 markedly effective,3 effective,and 2 ineffective;in the control group.29 patients were cured.10 markedly effective.6 effective,and 15 ineffecetive.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0. 01).The effect on relieving nose stuff. purulent nasal discharge,dizziness and headache.loss of menmry,lower and middle turbinate congestion was better in the treatment than that in the control group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01),but the effect on CT image was not obvious(P>0. 05).Conclusion:Bixiutong exerts a certain effect for the treatment of children chronic sinusitis by relieving the symptoms and signs.
