益气养阴、活血化瘀方对病毒性扩张型心肌病小鼠外周血清IL-2的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴、活血化瘀方对病毒性扩张型心肌病小鼠外周血清IL-2水平的影响。方法:210只Balb/c小鼠随机分为4组,空白组30只,模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组各60只。模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组均通过对小鼠多次腹腔注射柯萨奇B_(3m)病毒的方式,建立重复感染的早期病毒性扩张型心肌病动物模型。中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组用益气养阴、活血化瘀方治疗。于给药4周后检测小鼠外周血清IL-2的含量。结果:血清IL-2的含量模型组及中药高、低剂量组明显增高,与空白组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);中药高、低剂量组与模型组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);中药高剂量组与中药低剂量组比较,差异也有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴、活血化瘀方对病毒性扩张型心肌病具有一定的防治作用。Objective:To observe the effect of herbs with the actions of strengthening Qi. nourishing yin.activating blood and removing stasis on peripheral interleukin-2(IL-2)in mice with viral dilated cardiomyopathy(VDC),Method:Two hundred and ten Balb/c mice were randomized into four groups: the blank control group(n=30), model group(n=60),and high-and low-dose herb groups(60 in each group).Except the blank control group,the mice in other 3 groups multiple intraperitoneal in- jection of Coxsackie vires B3m to induce early VDC.The herb groups received herbs with the actions of strengthening Qi. nourishing yin. activating blood and removing stasis.After medication for 4 weeks. the death rate. body weight,cardiac mass index,myocardial pathological changes as well as the serum IL-2 content were observed.ResultS:The senrum IL-2 content was increased in the model group and the herb groups(P<0. 01 comparod with the blank group),the difference of IL-2 content between the model group and the high-and low-dose herb groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Herbs with the ac- tions of strengthening Qi. nourishing yin. activating blood and removing stasis exert preventive and thera- peutic effect for the treatment of viral dilated cardiomyopathy.
