改良型聚苯硫醚的齐聚物研究

摘  要:用质谱法研究了硫磺溶液法合成改良型聚苯硫醚(PPS)的齐聚物组成,并与硫磺溶液法合成通用型聚苯硫醚的齐聚物组成进行了对比分析。结果表明:改良型PPS除有与通用型PPS相同的齐聚物外,还有双巯端基线型苯硫醚齐聚物HS-C6H4S-C6H4xSH,X=1,2,3,单巯端基含一个二硫键的线型苯硫醚齐聚物C6H5-SS-C6H4xSH,X=6和苯硫醚环状三聚体S-C6H4x,δ=3。与通用型不同的是:无双氯端基的线型苯硫醚齐聚物Cl-C6H4S-C6H4xCl和苯硫醚环状六聚体S-C6H4x,X=6。改良型PPS齐聚物的主要成分是单巯端基线型苯硫醚七聚体C6H5S-C6H4xC6H5,X=6,苯硫醚环状四聚体S-C6H4x,X=4和五聚体S-C6H4x,X=5,通用型齐聚物的主要成分是线型苯硫醚三聚体C6H5-S-C6H4-S-C6H5和苯硫醚环状六聚体S-C6H4x,X=6。The composition of the modified polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) synthesized by sulfur solution method with a new catalyst system was studied by solid probe mass spectroscopy,and the result was compared with that of oligomers of PPS prepared by conventional sulfur solution method.It was shown that some oligomers of modified PPS were the same as that of conventional PPS oligomers, but the former contained mercapto terminated linear oligomers and cyclic oligomer C 6H 4-S 3 and without chlorine terminated linear oligomers and cyclic oligomer C 6H 4-S 6.The main oligomer components of modified PPS were single mercapto terminated linear(phenylene sulfide) oligomer C 6H 5C 6H 4-S 6SH,cyclic (phenylene sulfide ) oligomers C 6H 4-S 4 and C 6H 4-S 5,but main oligomer components of conventional PPS were linear (phenylene sulfide) oligomer C 6H 5-S-C 6H 4-S-C 6H 5 and cyclic (phenylene sulfide ) oligomer C 6H 4-S 6.
