摘 要:分析了轿车仪表盘的传统注射成型工艺和微孔发泡注射成型工艺,研究了熔体温度、注射时间、浇口位置对两种成型过程的影响以及熔体的预注射量、气体发泡剂含量对微孔发泡注射成型泡孔尺寸、密度和填充过程的影响。研究结果表明:采用微孔发泡注射成型工艺可以节省原材料10%,注射压力降低了36.7%,锁模力降低了60.8%,冷却时间缩短了10%,收缩率减小了62.9%。The conventional injection molding and microcellular injection molding (Mucell) processings for car instrument panel were analyzed. The influences of melt temperature, injection time and gate location were studied. In addition, the influences of injection shot and gas foaming agent content on cell size, concentration and filling processing were also observed in Mucell. Research results show that with application of Mucell, the 10% raw material can be saved, the injection pressure is decreased by 36.7%, the clamp force is decreased by 60.8%, the filling time is shortened by 10% and the shrinkage is decreased by 62.9 %.
