摘　　要：在阅读科技史文献和日语技术论文献的基础上,远德玉教授在国内率先提出"技术是一个过程"的观点。这个观点在他的许多著作中得到了全面的阐述。在同日本学者进行中日技术比较的基础上,远德玉教授从技术过程论转入技术创新的研究,把技术创新看做技术产业化、商业化和社会化的过程。上述研究成果初步奠定了我国技术论和技术创新哲学的理论基础。从技术过程论的研究脉络出发,对远德玉教授的技术过程论和技术创新思想进行了较为全面的回顾和评述,并得出了三个重要的启示。It is found that Professor Yuan Deyu is the first one in China who defined the technology as a process after reading lots of earlier works of Chinese scientific history and Japanese theory of technology. He has expressed and expounded the argument in many works. Based on the Sino-Japanese comparative technology studies, he turned his study from the theory defining technology as a process into the study on technological innovation, in which the technological innovation is considered as the process of technological industrialization, commercialization and socialization, thus laying a theoretical foundation preliminarily for further studies on the theories of both technology and technological innovation. A comprehensive review is given to his theory defining technology as a process as well as the theory of technological innovation, and three important revelations are thus given.
