摘 要:提出了考虑周期性边界条件时水泥水化计算机模拟方法。根据水泥颗粒与模拟单元的相对位置,确定附加水泥颗粒的数量和位置以实现周期性边界条件。描述了单一水泥颗粒水化模拟的基本原理,引入三个参数量化水化过程中水泥颗粒之间的干扰效应。作为一个工程应用,基于模拟的水泥石微观结构,提出了水化度计算方法。通过与文献中的试验结果比较,验证了方法的有效性。最后,定量分析了水灰比和温度对水化度的影响,发现水化度随着水灰比和温度的增大而增大。A computer simulation method for cement hydration with periodic boundary conditions is presented.According to the relative location between the cement grain and the simulation element, the number and locations of additional cement grains are determined to realize the periodic boundary conditions.The basic principle of the hydration simulation of a single cement grain is described and three parameters are introduced to quantify the interference effect between cement grains during the process of hydration.As an engineering application, a method for computing the degree of hydration is proposed based on the simulated microstructure of cement paste.The validity of the method is verified with the experimental results obtained from the literature.Finally,the influence of the water/cement ratio and temperature on the degree of hydration is analyzed in a quantitative manner.It is found that the degree of hydration increases with the increase of the water/cement ratio and/or temperature.
