摘 要:研究了含砷难浸浮选金精矿的预处理。通过在空气流中进行二阶段焙烧(430℃和650℃)和碱溶液吸收As2O3和SO2,脱砷和脱硫率分别可达98%和99%,并且有效地避免了空气污染。预处理后金矿在酸性溶液中,用硫氰酸铵溶液浸取。考察了硫氰酸铵浓度、MnO2用量、酸度、温度、时间和微波场对浸金的影响。在最佳浸金条件下,金浸出率可达93%。The pretreatment of arsenical refractory floatation gold concentrate was studied.In air flow,this ore was roasted for two hours at 430℃ and 650℃ respectively,As 2O 3 and SO 2 were simultaneously adsorbed by a solution of 40% NaOH.The dearsenication and desulfuration of this method have reached 98%, 99% respectively,and the air pollution has been effectively avoided.By thiocynate process,microwave and various factors effecting leaching gold were investigated,under optimum conditions,gold leaching rate was able to reach 93.0%.
