HPLC法测定六味能消胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

摘　　要：【目的】建立六味能消胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。【方法】用HPLC法,Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,流动相：甲醇：0.1%高氯酸（85∶15）;检测波长：254 nm,流速：1.0 ml/min。【结果】大黄素在0.04～0.4μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.08%,RSD=1.26%（n=5）;大黄酚在0.08～0.8μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.35%,RSD=1.12%（n=5）。【结论】本法简便、准确,测定结果可靠。可作为该制剂的定量方法。[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for measuring the content of emodin and chrysaphanol in Liuweinengxiao granules. [Methods] Shim-pack VP-ODS column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-perchloric acid （85： 15）, detecting wave length was 254 nm. [Results] For emodin, the linear range was 0.04 - 0.4μg and the average recovery was 99.08% （RSD = 1.26%, n = 5） and for chrysophanol, the linear range was 0.08 - 0.8 μg and the average recovery was 98.35% （RSD = 1.12%, n = 5）. [Conclusions] This method is simple and accurate and the results are credible. HPLC method could be used as determining the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Liuweinengxiaogranules.
