羊慢性化脓性肺炎病原的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：近年来，在我省羊群中发生一种慢性化脓性肺炎，给养羊业的健康发展造成了威胁。针对聊城地区某羊场该病的发生情况，采用微生物学方法，对病原进行了系统的检测。结果表明，分离的病原体为一种：革兰氏阴性细菌，该菌为小杆菌，无芽胞，无荚膜，有鞭毛，可产生水溶性蓝绿色色素，生化指标为绿脓杆菌。用该菌肉汤培养物分别腹腔接种小白鼠（0．1～0．2ml／只）和家兔（0．2～0．5ml／只），均于24h内死亡。用分离菌接种健康羊，产生与自然发病羊相同的临床症状，并分别从人工发病死亡实验动物和羊的尸体内分离回收到了该致病菌。用分离获得的纯病原菌制成了凝集诊断原，采用平板凝集和试管凝集试验对规模羊场的健康羊群和发病羊群分别进行了检疫。结果发现，发病羊群（有呼吸道症状）阳性率为98％，健康（无呼吸道临床症状）成年羊阳性率为56％，健康小羊为阴性，证明成年健康羊已多数带菌。用敏感性药物治疗效果明显。The disease of Chronic and Purulent Pneumonia of Goats has occurred in Shandong Province in recent years, which caused great losses to the healthy development of goats - breeding industry. According to the situation of Liaocheng where this disease was occurring, microbiological methods were used to determine the pathogen of the disease. It was demonstrated that the pathogen of the disease was a kind of Gram - negative bacillis having no sporangium, Vi and flagellum, but could generate a kind of water - soluble cyan pigment, which was finally identified as aeruginosus bacillus. The broth suspension of aeruginosus bacillus was inoculated to the abdominal cavity of mice （dose： 0.1 -0.2ml） and rabbits （dose： 0.2 -0.5ml）, respectively, which caused all the mice and rabbits died in 24 hours. Inoculating of the isolated aeruginosus bacillusto the healthy goats generated the same clinical symptoms as the natural diseased goats, and the pathogen was isolated from the death experimental animals and goats. The purified aeruginosus bacillus was prepared to diagnosis antigen for agglutination test. The flat agglutination test and test - tube agglutination test were carried out to quarantine the antibody in serum of healthy and diseased goats ＇herds. It was demonstrated that the positive ratio of the diseased goats with symptoms of respiratory tract and the healthy adult goats with no symptoms of respiratory tract was 98% and 56% , respectively, but the healthy lambs were negative, which indicated that most of the adult goats carried aeruginosus bacillus. The cure effect of the sensitive antibiotics was obvious.
