水貂细菌性疾病的病原学调查

摘　　要：为调查山东省水貂常发细菌病的病原学资料,分别对患病水貂进行了病理剖检、细菌的纯培养和生化鉴定。经分离鉴定确定致病菌的种类为变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、克雷伯氏菌、耶尔森氏菌、葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌,并对水貂细菌病的发病原因和规律进行了探讨。Mink frequent bacterial diseases were investigated to know the aetiological data in Shandong province. Mink bacterial diseases were diagnosed by the means of pathological examination, bacteria culture and bacterial biochemical analysis. The results showed that seven types of bacteria existed in the diseased mink, including E. coli, Salmonella, Proteus, Klebridlla, Yersinia, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas. The characteristic incidence and causes of the mink bacterial diseases were investigated.
