摘　　要：叙述了双圆隧道管片的型式和组成、管片材料的主要技术要求、精度要求及与单圆管片在结构和制作上的区别等;重点介绍了双圆管片制造的工艺及技术;通过对管片制作质量的检验,表明其整体质量已超过了日本同类产品标准。The paper introduces the style and components of DOT segment,and main technical requirements for segment materials,precision requirement,and the different between single O Tunnel segment and Double O Tunnel segment in structure and production.It mainly focuses on the production process and technology of DOT segment.According to the quality check,the home-made DOT segment has been superior to that of the Japan-made DOT segment in general quality.
