摘　　要：目的:探讨剖腹洗胃治疗口服药物中毒的效果及护理方法。方法:对19例口服药物中毒患者进行剖腹洗胃,并给予精心护理。结果:本组18例治愈,1例死亡,治愈率达94.7%。结论:对口服药物中毒患者行剖腹洗胃,除做好中毒患者的相应护理外,加强术后护理,可提高抢救成功率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the therapeutic effect and nursing methods in rescuing oral drug poisoning by gastric lavage with gastrotomy. Methods： Gastric lavage with gastrotomy and meticulous nursing care were applied in the treatment of 19 cases of oral drug poisoning. Results： Eighteen cases were cured; one died. The curative rate was 94.7%. Conclusion： Strengthening postoperative nursing care on the basis of essential nursing measures can increase the successful rate in rescuing oral drug poisoning.
