三联疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三联疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效;方法:对36例42髋股骨头缺血性坏死均采用股骨头髓芯钻孔减压加植骨术、牵引加功能锻炼、中医辨证施治相结合治疗;结果:优11髋(26.3%),良17髋(40.5%),可9髋(21.2%),差5髋(12%);结论:三联疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效显著,尤其对早、中期及年轻患者疗效佳。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple therapy for avascular necrosis of the femoral head （AVN）. Methods： Thirty-six cases （42 hips） with AVN were enrolled and all received drilling core decompression combined with bone graft, traction plus functional training, and Chinese medicine of determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results： Among all the 42 hips, 11 got excellent effect （26.3%）, 17 got good effect （40.5%）, 9 average （21.2 %） and 5 poor （12 % ）. Conclusion： The triple therapy for AVN showed good effect, especially in early, intermediate stage and for younger patients.
