摘　　要：用奶孕酮放免测定技术监测奶牛人工授精效果的研究＊蔡正华１卢雁平１罗应荣１宣柏华２王运亨３（１中国农业科学院畜牧研究所，北京１０００９４；２北京奶牛育种中心良种场；３北京西郊农场奶牛公司ＳｔｕｄｙＡｂｏｕｔＭｏｎｉｔｏｒｉｎｇｔｈｅＥｆｅｃｔｓｏｆＡｒ...Three milk samples were collected on day 0, day 10～12 and day 22～24 after artificial insemination from 865 dairy cows on 5 dairy farms. From progesterone concentration in the three milk samples, examined by RIA, the reproductive status of the cows could be determined: pregnant (48.8%), nonfertilization (28.4%), inactive ovary ( 6.2 %), persistent CL (3.6%),luteal cyst, AI at inappropriate time (during luteal phase)(5.7%), abnormal oestrus cycles (7.3%), AI in pregnant animals, etc. The examination results and our judgement were sent back to AI technician and veterinarian of dairy farms so that they could use these information (referring to the rectal palpation results) to make correct diagnoses and to adopt appropriate remedial measures in order to ensure pregnancy as early as possible. So far 1235 oestrus cycles have been monitored.
