摘　　要：随着计算机网络的不断发展,信息安全越来越受到重视,数据备份是数据高可用性的最后一道防线,其目的是在网络系统崩溃或受灾时能够快速恢复数据。近年,宁夏电力通信网不断发展,网络设备众多,网络数据量不断增大,这些数据一旦丢失或损坏,将给宁夏电力通信网带来巨大的影响,所以建立数据库容灾备份系统已刻不容缓。本文对宁夏电力通信网数据库灾备系统建立的必要性及当前系统概况进行了阐述,对数据库容灾备份系统的建设策略作了详细分析。Along with the computer network unceasing developing, the information security technique is received much recognition. The data backup is the last defending line of the data high usability, its aims is to restore data quickly when the network system collapse or hit by disaster. In recent years, Ningxia power communication network is continuously developing, there is multitudinous network equipments, the quantity of network data is unceasingly increasing, once the data was lost or damaged that will lead to great impact on Ningxia power communication network Therefore it＇s urgent to establish database disaster backup system. The paper describes the necessity of establishing Ningxia power communications network database disaster backup system and the outline of the current system, analyzes the constructing strategy of database disaster backup system.
