摘　　要：在网络条件下,德育的内容、方式、方法、手段、空间、渠道等都发生了许多变化,对大学生德育运行机制的创新就成了一种必然的逻辑:健全网络德育管理和评估机制,探索和形成网络德育的创新和"人本"运作机制,建立网络德育工作保障机制,建立健全网络德育激励和疏导机制,创新网络德育工作预警和监控机制。These new mechanisms of internet moral education for undergraduates under invented circumstances should be bring forth as follows ： perfecting the mechanism of administration and evaluation of internet moral education, exploring the mechanism of innovation and working, treating human beings as basis of internet moral education, establishing the mechanism of working guarantee of internet moral education, perfecting the mechanism of encouragement and persuasion of internet moral education, bringing forth new ideas of the mechanism of working announcement and supervision of internet moral education.
