摘 要:竞争态度包括良性竞争态度和过度竞争性两个方面,通过对大学生竞争态度及自尊水平的调查结果显示:良性竞争态度在不同年级大学生间的差异不显著,而大学四年级学生的过度竞争性显著高于大一学生;两种竞争态度与自尊水平有不同的相关关系,良性竞争态度较强的个体其自尊水平较高,而过度竞争性较强的个体其自尊水平较低。面对日趋激烈的竞争,大学生需要加强对自己竞争态度的省思,教育方也需要加强引导并努力创造合理的校园竞争环境,促进学生形成良性竞争态度,避免过度竞争性。Competition attitudes include personal development competition and hyper - competitiveness. Our investigation showed that seniors took higher scores on hyper- competitiveness than freshmen, while they got similar scores on personal development competition scale; two attitudes about competition showed opposite correlations with self - assessment level, that was, higher personal development competition meant higher self - assessment, but higher hyper - competitiveness companied with lower self - assessment. Some suggestion was discussed in order to help colleges students form personal development competition and avoid hyper- competitiveness.
