摘　　要：目的探讨提高护理人员创新能力的有效方法。方法采用创新理论讲座及护理实践中引导护理人员运用创新理论的方法对护理人员进行创新教育。分别对干预前、后护理人员的创新能力进行评估。结果创新教育干预后护理人员的创新能力提高。结论创新教育是提高护理人员创新能力的一种适用、可行的方法。Objective To explore an appropriate training method to improve clinical nurses＇ innovation ability. Method A series of lectures regarding innovation theory and practice training in clinical nursing were provided for the nurses to train their innovation ability. Then, the nurses＇ innovation ability was assessed before and after the intervention. Result After the intervention,the nurses＇ innovation ability was significantly improved. Conclusion The training method of innovation education is proved to be an applicable and feasible means to improve nurses＇ innovation ability.
