摘　　要：目的探讨护理部实施垂直管理的可行性,建立责、权、利统一的护理管理组织体系。方法护理部通过构建护理管理组织框架实施垂直管理。结果护理部实施垂直管理提高了对护士工作的满意度和护理质量。结论护理部实施垂直管理具有可行性,能充分体现护理管理特色,强化护理部的管理职能,护理管理更加科学、规范。Objective To explore the possibility of vertical administration by nursing department,and to establish a nursing management system integrated with responsibilities,rights and benefits. Method The vertical administration was practiced through establishing the organizational framework of nursing management. Result This practice increased nurses＇ satisfaction and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion The vertical administration is proved to be feasible in nursing management, which can embody the features of nursing management, strengthen the functions of nursing department and make nursing management more scientific and standardized.
