摘 要:简要分析广西利用甘蔗木薯发展生物能源的优势和存在问题,提出广西利用甘蔗木薯发展生物能源的发展对策:争取国家政策支持,加大财政投入力度;研发一批与该产业发展紧密相关的关键共性技术及产品;开展环保节能技术研究,促进生物能源的可持续健康发展;培育和完善推广体系,加快优良品种、先进耕作技术的推广;扩大科技交流与合作,利用中国-东盟平台,针对发展需求积极引进优良品种和先进技术,开展消化吸收和再创新。The paper has analyzed advantage and existing problems of sugarcane and cassava utilization for bio-energy in Guangxi, and put forward several countermeasures: 1. to strive for support from national policies and more financial investment; 2. the R & D of key technologies and relevant products; 3. the research of environment protection and energy-saving technologies to promote sustainable development of bio-energy; 4. to foster and perfect extension service system to speed up the extension of fine varieties and advanced technologies; 5. to enlarge the scientific exchanges and co-operations and by means of platform of China-ASEAN, to introduce more fine varieties and advanced technologies, especially emphasis on the absorption and renovations of the introduced technologies.
