摘 要:为城市合理配置一定数量且车型合理的公交车,不但可满足不同居民对交通工具的不同需求,而且可避免因车辆的空驶而导致的能源及道路资源的浪费。文章提出了一个公交车辆合理配置的混合机会约束规划模型,该模型以日载客容量最大为目标函数,同时考虑资金约束、道路资源约束及带有模糊随机参数的乘客需求约束,并引入了求解该模型的遗传算法。通过算例求解,说明了该模型及算法的合理性。It can satisfy the different peoples' different demands for traffic tool to allocate a certain quantity of transit vehicle with reasonable type, and at the same time suitable transit vehicle quantity can avoid the waste of energy and road resources. The paper puts forward a transit vehicle reasonable allocation fuzzy random chance-constrained programming model, in which the maximum passenger flow of transit in one day was taken as the objective function of the model. Meanwhile, the costs restraint, road resource and passenger demand restraints were all considered, and the passenger demand was treated as a random and fuzzy parameter. Then, the genetic algorithm steps for the model were introduced. Through calculating of an example, the reasonability of the model and algorithm were explained.
