摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是学生工作的重要内容。新形势下大学生有着新的特点,高校应针对管理过程中出现的问题,建立适应新时期的高校学生管理工作模式,加强学生管理工作队伍建设,做好学生管理工作,实现人才培养目标。The work of university students＇ management is the important content of the students work. Under the new situations undergraduates have their new characteristics. Aiming at the problems occurred in the course of management, colleges and universities should take practical and effective management methods to meet the challenges and achieve talents-cultivating objective.
